OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Nicky Arpesella and Associates are a group of dedicated, experienced physiotherapists. We strive to provide quality physiotherapy to the Milnerton area and surrounding communities to persons of all ages. We treat patients who are on Medical Schemes, privately funded and those who have injured themselves in accordance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. We believe in a holistic approach to treatment and strongly advocate rehabilitation as a means of improving the outcome of our treatment.
OUR HISTORY
Nicky Arpesella established the practice in 1999 after working at Milnerton Mediclinic since 1996.
Initially the practice had 2 physiotherapists and a receptionist. The practice has grown since then to 6 physiotherapists, all with different interests and skills as to accommodate any patient requirement or need.
We provide a 24 hour, 365 day a year service to the Milnerton Mediclinic Hospital, and offer an on call service weekends. We also offer home visits to patients that are unable to travel.
In 2013 we opened an out-patient facility at the Stodels Lifestyle Centre in Racecourse Rd with a fully equipped gym, where parking is plentiful and wheelchair accessible.
We still have rooms and consult in the Milnerton Mediclinic and offer in-patient treatments at the Akeso Psychiatric Hospital.

We are based in Milnerton and have practices in Milnerton Medi-Clinic and in the Stodels Lifestyle Centre.
Appointments
Appointments are booked on the half hour. Treatments last 30 – 60 minutes, depending on the condition.

We offer services to Medical Aid, Private and COIDA patients. We also offer home visits and visits to retirement homes
